general

when will I get an email response?

i aim to reply to emails within 2-3 days, but during busy periods i may take up to a week. if you’ve not gotten a response from me within a week, feel free to email again or contact me through social media!

please keep in mind i aim to only respond to emails within regular working hours uk time!

an item i want is out of stock, will you restock?

restocking varies hugely from product to product and is influenced largely by if the design was popular and if i personally like it! if you want something thats out of stock, feel free to reach out! i may be able to do a one off if the item is made in house or i can let you know rough dates for restocks if one is coming.

especially popular products that go out of stock may be opened for restock preorders with usually 1-2 months wait until i ship out, so do keep an eye out!

do you take commissions?

yes!

for illustration based commissions:

i provide a wide range of services from one off illustration, profile pictures, sketches, character design sheets, album covers and merch designs. i can also create simple pngtuber sprites, emotes and twitch layouts. if you have a project in mind, please feel free to reach out through the contact page or via social media!

for ceramics based commissions:

if you’re looking for somthing similar to what i’ve made before or if you’re looking for something i have not made before, please reach out via my contact page to discuss! custom ceramic pieces usually take around 2-3 months before shipping to account for drying and kiln times.

if you’re looking to work on a larger scale project with me, do get in touch! i’m very excited to look at and discuss any project proposals!

i want to stock your work at my business!

if you have any questions or want any advice on any particular methods i use, please don’t hesitate to reach out! i love to yap about art, so if you need anything or are even just curious i’m always happy to help! if you’ve got any questions regarding risograph printing i’m also very happy to help and guide you towards any resources i’ve obtained.

shipping & orders

do you ship to the EU?

currently, i’m unable to ship to the eu and northern ireland due to new regulations put in place. i will hopefully be able to return shipping to the eu once clearer guidelines or exemptions for small businesses are released.

when will my order ship?

2-5 days from order date is my typical turnaround. i pack and ship orders throughout the week and any shipping delays will be communicated via my social media. any severe shipping delays will be communicated directly via email.

if you’ve purchased items alongside pre-orders, your order will be shipped all together when the pre-order item is ready to ship.

i’ve put the wrong address on my order!

if you have not gotten a shipping confirmation email, contact me via the contact form with your order number and updated address! if i’ve already shipped the package out/it has been returned to me, i can ship your order out again at the cost of shipping again or offer you a refund minus the cost of shipping. mistakes always happen, but unfortunately as an independent artist i can’t always absorb the cost of additional shipping on my own! if the address was my fault or the fault of my website, i will resend it free of cost of course!

when will my order arrive?

please allow 2-3 weeks for mainland UK delivery

please allow 4-12 weeks for international delivery

mainland uk delivery typically will only take 1-2 weeks, but there has been previous shipping delays with Royal Mail that have extended that window. international delivery is much longer but typically arrives within 1-2 months. all orders are shipped via Royal Mail. please do allow for extended times around busy periods such as major holidays. ]

my order hasn’t arrived!

if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe outlined in the previous FAQ, please get in touch with your order number and delivery address via the contact form

customs charges?

please be aware if you’re purchasing outside of the uk, you may be subject to some customs charges and additional tax fees. i am not responsible for these additional charges and fees.

my order arrived damaged?

please contact me via the contact form on the contact page if you’ve recieved a damaged package! please include your order number, delivery address and some pictures of the damaged items/package. this is very rare and i will discuss with you a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

missing/extra items?

if you’ve recieved the wrong item, or no items at all, please contact me via the contact form with your order number so we can sort it out! if you’ve recieved your order with some additional items, do not fear! i occasionally will include some small extras <3

if you’ve received a completely different order, do get in touch! you can keep the incorrect order as a little gift for my mistake, but i’ll ensure you’ll recieve the correct items or a refund depending on stock availability.

why is shipping so expensive?

i dont make any additional money from shipping, and all shipping costs are reflective of the label cost + mailer/envelope. i dont charge additionally for packaging or any freebies. i’m trying very hard to find cheaper alternatives to international shipping especially, but i cannot change royal mail prices :(
